When you make a booking, we reserve time for you and turn away other potential customers to fulfill our commitment to you. But when we get a sudden request for any cancellation or rescheduling, planning a new schedule becomes quite an impossible thing. And for this reason, we at Edge DXB have come up with some following policies for cancellation and refund procedures:

The request will be subsequently forwarded to the management. The Management will decide after reviewing the request further whether the refund will be granted or not, and the amount to be refunded.
Edge DXB when offers postpaid services, the refunds is not applicable. However, if and when there are pre-paid services rendered, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
In case an order is cancelled any time during the period between the order is placed and the order is scheduled to be delivered, we have the right to charge you the costs incurred to the point of cancellation and a proportionate service charge and refund the balance amount.
